How does the cost put together?
Who bears the costs?
In our first conversation we also talk about the likely costs. We will agree on a budget together and you have the right to receive information about the costs incurred at any time.
It is important to me that the effort and the costs are in a reasonable relationship to the matter at hand. Depending on the type, size and structure of the mandate, various price models can be agreed, e.g. hourly or daily rates.
In principle, the client bears the costs.
For pending legal proceedings, a financially needy party can apply for litigation free of charge for a litigation that is not hopeless, provided that it is dependent on a lawyer to conduct the litigation.
I am available to you openly and transparently with words and deeds to the side - with a sense of proportion and at fair prices.
Fee
Cash expenses
Cash expenses include postage, telephone or research costs.
VAT
The fee and the cash expenses are subject to the normal value added tax of currently 7.7%. The VAT number is CHE-483.842.636.
In principle, the lawyer's fee can be freely agreed. The fee depends on factors such as the difficulty of the case and the amount of interest or in dispute and tends to be higher if special knowledge or special language skills are required, as well as with proven professional experience.
